Hightown Housing Association approached us to evolve their brand identity after first working with us in 2003 on the design of their original brand. Knowing the organisation well, we understood the challenges they had experienced and the business benefits of simplifying their complex three-part brand identity.
In essence, the new brand identity needed to clearly explain the structure of the association to the public in order to enhance the customer experience and efficiency in dealing with enquiries. We knew we could show that mergers and sub-divisions needn’t be confusing.
As an outcome of the brand design project we produced brand guidelines along with new iconography and delivered a long list of brand assets including signage, campaign billboards, large format promotions, digital presentation templates and corporate stationery. Read the full case study here.
